线粒体损伤检测法
原理：细胞凋亡经常伴随有线粒体的损伤，而线粒体的损伤主要表现在：
(1) 线粒体外膜通透性增加，使位于线粒体外膜和内膜之间的膜间隙内的物质释放到细胞质中，其中最重要的是Cytochrome C，释放到细胞质中的Cytochrome C可以启动Caspase反应，从而启动线粒体接到的细胞凋亡。
(2) 线粒体膜电位下降,例如: JC-1 Mitochondrial Membrane Potential Dye.
(3) 位于线粒体内膜上的心磷脂（cardiolipin）降解。
(4) 线粒体上7A6抗原的暴露。
