Problem:

Granulocytes will start to de-granulate after 24h.

Ficoll older blood will results in granulocytes contamination in the PBMC layer.

Solution:

Use RosetteSep Granulocytes Depletion Kit (#15624) to make granulocytes ‘heavy’ so they go through the ficoll again.
